The lower level of the villa has three bedrooms. This level of the villa is huge and is very cool, so air conditioning is not required.

There is a very large family bedroom with a super-king size bed, an additional single bed, a sofa and music system. It is decorated in very restful style. There is a further double bedroom, plus a single bedroom with one single bed, where an additional single bed can be added to sleep a 15th person, if required. 

There are two very modern bathrooms with walk in showers.

The dining area looks out onto the garden, where the entire wall is heat reflective glass panels and doors. This has the most spectacular glass dining table with chairs all around, with the base of the table being the root of an ancient tree. Next to it is a gold chesterfield sofa.

This then leads into a massive lounge complete with a full size snooker table, three sofas, two wing armchairs, antique opium day bed, lovely stone fireplace, Apple music system, 42" Panasonic flat screen TV, Apple TV, DVD player and satellite system. There is a Nintendo Wii games console complete with Wii Fit board, Guitar Hero, lots of Nintendo games and a cupboard full of board and other games for the whole family to have great fun with.

On this level there is a further fitted kitchen with a large stone breakfast bar with four bar stools, large American style fridge/freezer, an ice making machine, microwave/oven, six burner hob, cooker hood and double sink. There is also a large utility room with a supersize washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, deep porcelain sink, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaners and all cleaning equipment.
